2. What We Collect
Information you provide via the enquiry form (name, company, email, country/market, brand stage, revenue band, markets of interest, objectives, timeline, how you heard about us). Information collected automatically (IP address, browser, device, pages viewed, referral source). Information from correspondence and meetings.
3. Why We Use It, and Our Lawful Basis
Responding to enquiries — legitimate interests (responding to a request you initiated). Providing services under contract — performance of a contract. Sending perspectives and updates — consent. Site analytics and improvement — consent (cookies) / legitimate interests. Legal and accounting obligations — legal obligation.
4. Who We Share It With
We share personal data only with third-party service providers who process it on our behalf under written contract terms that require equivalent protection. Our current processors include: website hosting and application platform services (Base44); email and enquiry-handling services; and analytics services, where enabled. We may also share personal data with professional advisers, such as accountants, where necessary to provide our services or meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal data to third parties.
5. International Transfers
Some of our service providers may process personal data outside the United Kingdom. Where this occurs, we rely on the UK adequacy regulations (where the recipient country is recognised as providing equivalent protection) or, where no adequacy decision applies, on the International Data Transfer Agreement (IDTA) or another appropriate safeguard under UK data protection law.
6. How Long We Keep It
Enquiries: 24 months from last contact. Client records: 7 years following engagement, for legal and accounting purposes. Marketing consent: until withdrawn.
